Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Fees:
- We offer standard shipping options through our trusted carriers, with estimated delivery times provided at checkout.
- Local & International Orders: A delivery fee of AED 15 applies to all orders below AED 100.

Return Policy
Return Window:
- Customers can return their purchase within 3 days of receiving their order.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items:
- we cannot accept returns of items that have been used or opened.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our Customer Support team within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our Customer Support team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed.
Eligibility for Refunds: - Refunds may be requested if:
- You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- Your order is cancelled by us before it is shipped.
- A return is approved in accordance with our Return Policy (items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 3 days of receipt).
Important Notes:
- Refunds will not be issued for products that have been used, opened, or returned without original packaging.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
Refund Processing:
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 15 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Cancellation Policy(Services):
o Customers may request cancellation of services within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the service has not yet been processed or delivered.
o Cancellation requests received after the service has already been processed, scheduled, or delivered will not be eligible for cancellation.

o If the cancellation is approved and payment has already been made, the refund will be processed in line with our Refund Policy.
